1. About the Service

Custour (https://custour.ai) is an AI-powered travel planning platform that helps users create personalised trip itineraries, discover restaurants, estimate budgets, and receive travel recommendations through a conversational interface. The Service is operated by PT Pandooin Solusi Event and powered by Pandooin's travel technology infrastructure.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use this Service. By using Custour you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Token Packages

Access to certain features of the Service requires purchasing tokens. Tokens are a digital credit used to power AI interactions on the platform.

• Tokens are purchased in packages (e.g., Basic Plan: 2,000,000 tokens for IDR 320,000).
• Tokens are non-transferable and may only be used on the account on which they were purchased.
• Token balances do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
• Prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include all applicable taxes.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Xendit, our third-party payment gateway. By making a purchase, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the amount displayed at checkout.

• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and other methods available on the Xendit payment page.
• No card or financial data is stored on Custour's servers. All payment data is handled exclusively by Xendit.
• Transactions are subject to Xendit's payment processing terms and your card issuer's terms.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a purchase.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the AI capabilities of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on Custour are the property of PT Pandooin Solusi Event or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PT Pandooin Solusi Event shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable Indonesian data protection laws.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
